Unable to manage filters after install

From https://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,54002.msg281760.html#msg281760
Freshly installed roundcube is missing the "Filters" option under Settings.

Switching the sieve plugin from "sieverules" to "managesieve" causes the "Filters" option to appear.

Reorganisation of this wiki page

I think it would be less confusing for visitors of this page if we put the information covering the current Roundcube version (ie. 1.0) first. For Roundcube 1.0, installation instructions are already provided for both SME 8.x and SME 9, so I think the information given for Roundcube 0.95 is definitely less important (if not obsolete), because most users probably will opt for installing RC 1.0 nowadays. Alternatively we could remove the instructions for Roundcube 0.95 beta altogether (or keep them referenced, but on a separate page, eg. Roundcube_legacy)?
