Some points to discuss
Since I think a good part of the regulations of the bounty system seems to be missing I open the floor for discussion, not sure if this would be the proper forum, but we could always move it to devinfo if we need to. — Cactus (talk | contribs) 11:35, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
Who is going to enforce payment?
Since people are offering sums of money for a task to be done it would be nice to have a method that makes sure the money will also be paid when the job is done according to the regulations.
My suggestion is to have the people who assign the bounty donate it to a PayPal account that is controlled by the judging team. When the job is done we know for sure the money is there to be payed. If the deadline is not made in time we could refund the money to the person or organisation that has put forward the amount. Who will be a member of the judging team?
To make sure we have a proper code base we need to have a judging team, but we have not discussed who needs to be in there. Any suggestions? — Cactus (talk | contribs) 11:35, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
