That's a reasonable comment, assuming that during yum updates the newer installed rpm (from smetest) will not be overwritten by the older version in smeos, and it's not likely another version will be released into smeos or smeupdates between now and then. When the rpm becomes part of the base release, the Howto can be amended to only include a reference to the command db yum_repositories delprop smeupdates Exclude to ensure users have removed any exclusions they may have previously configured.
