Network Time lists
The web page listed for a public list of network time servers (http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/servers.htm)is broken. I suggest we replace it with the following (http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/StratumTwoTimeServers)as it is a list maintained by NTP.ORG directly of stratum 2 servers. This directs people to the official site.
