In the new release (1.4.002-x), if you want to completly remove eGroupWare from your server, you need the following command:

sh /root/~~eGW_Full_Uninstall~~.sh

sh /root/eGW-Full-Uninstall.sh

This will delete eGroupWare's installation files, MySQL DB and SME DB entries.
